Please note. DO NOT RSVP to the banquet question unless you have purchased your ticket(s) first or are not planning on attending the banquet, in which case, just leave at "0." After you RSVP, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within a few days. If you RSVP'd for the banquet and did not purchase your ticket(s) you will not receive a confirmation email. You are not confirmed for the banquet until you have purchased your ticket.
